Cracked my iPhone 11 screen this morning after only having my phone a few weeks. It was the first time I’d ever cracked a screen and I was pretty skeptical on taking it somewhere other than Apple. The store was clean and the guy helping me assured me that it would be like new when he finished. He even offered me a discount on the work and it was a great deal compared to what friends and husband thought based on previous experiences. I gave him my husbands number and planned on going the day without a phone. It must have been 10 minutes later and he called, honestly I thought it was going to be that the condition was worse than he thought and he was actually calling to say he was done!! It was a pleasant experience, well priced and faster than I could have imagined. If you find yourself in a bind like this, you’ve found the place to go! ~ Gin R

I brought in my iPhone after I had some water damage to it. After talking to apple specialists and doing my own research I was sure that I would not be able to retrieve everything on it. I took one last chance by taking it in to Cell ER. Sean was the specialist that worked on my phone. He was so professional and communicative. He fixed my phone within 4 hours! I don’t know what miracle he performed on my phone but my phone is like brand new. The cost was so affordable! I was honestly mentally preparing myself for a large amount and then having to get a new phone on top of that. But Sean saved the day! I had a great experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Katy/Fulshear! They replaced both the front and back of my iPhone for a very reasonable price. During the repair, they found an internal piece that also needed to be replaced, and they took care of it without charging me anything extra—super rare to find that kind of honesty and service these days. The repair was done quickly and professionally. On top of that, the owner (or employee) was incredibly hospitable and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Pulled up as he was locking the door...he immediately welcomed me in, assessed the problem and replaced my screen in 15 minutes while I waited. Costs was 30% less expensive than anywhere else I checked. He was responsive and attentive to my needs- what more could a customer with limited time and opportunities to stop and have this type of issue resolved. I was told to come back if I experienced any problems and told me his days and hours in case I need to return. Extremely impressed- especially in this day and age of dwindling customer service. I went to Cell-ER on FM 1463 last Friday to get my phone repaired after everyone, including Verizon from whom I had bought the phone failed to do so. Initially Chris tested the phone and was able to get the screen going but that failed, as it had done multiple times before. Then he suggested another idea and sure enough the phone worked. I am amazed how skillful he is at problem solving and what is wonderful is that he didn't even charge me too much money. Great place for tablet/phone/device repair! Friendly management and very hospitable! They had my tablet ready within the hour, and applied the additional screen protector for me. That’s always a win in my book; I am terrible at doing the screen protectors! This isn’t the first time I’ve cracked a screen on one of my devices, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I went to CELL +ER to get my Kindle Fire HD Kids 8 screen replaced before a long trip away. There were some issues getting it repaired well, but Sean did not stop trying. After many attempts to repair, he was quick to replace the item when the repairs didn't work. I know that sometimes we want things done a certain way, but they just don't always work out that way. But I admire a man who runs a business with honor to stand behind his word to fix what was broken. I would most definitely go there again. ~ Sean S

I have taken my daughters phone here for repair twice. Her IPhone would not charge. The first time they fixed it, but something was still wrong after one month, and they put in another new battery free of charge. I’m now here again, and her battery won’t charge again. I brought it in again, and Chris fixed her right up. It was as simple as the battery lifting inside the case and thus not charging. This place is amazing! Always so helpful and treats you like family. They go the extra mile to take care of you. I get off work at 7 pm and Chris doesn’t hesitate to stay and wait for me because I sound so desperate. I visited this place because I saw how good the reviews were and let me say I was not disappointed! The guy fixed my boyfriends phone super fast & the quality of the screen was very good. We’ve gone to other places in the past and the screens were dull and bad quality. After having bad experiences with other places I wanted to find a good place to fix his phone and this place exceeded my expectations. Did an excellent job with screen repair. Very fast and friendly service! Every other place I have been to demand your password and over 1 hr to repair screen. Cell ER did not require any of this and repaired my cracked screen in about 20 min. They were also very kind to me when I damaged my screen about 2 weeks after repair, even thou the damage was my fault they worked with me to give me a discount. I had a cracked screen on my Galaxy s22 Ultra and I brought it here for repair. They took care of it within an hour and I was able to get my phone back the same day despite bringing it in an hour before closing. The price was reasonable and they even threw in a free glass screen protector. The man who helped me was very kind as well. Blown away by the responsiveness and professionalism possessed by this store. I came into 'Cell ER', with my iphone being completely broken and walked out within 15 minutes at a very REASONABLE - AFFORDABLE price for the task. Prior to going into this store I had been with another iphone repair store who broke my phone more turning the screen black with some colorized lines. Took my broken Oneplus phone here, and he fixed it for $30 cheaper than any other store I went to. The first time he replaced the screen, it was broken, so i took it back to him and he fixed it for free, turns out the second screen he replaced it with was also flawed but he fixed that for free before returning the phone to me. My toddler broke the iPad screen. We had this iPad for many years and I didn’t want to buy new one. I was recommended to this place by a friend who had her iPad screen replaced at a great price. I have taken several phones and ipads here for service. The service is always top notch and very fast. The owner/operator is a great guy and he is trying to grow the location. If you're near Fulshear do yourself a favor and drop your device off for repair here.
